pork & sauerkraut...Happy New Year!

I'm not eating any of that stuff!

My smelly-good food is much better than sauerkraut.

I don't like sauerkraut...my Mom cooks this stuff and it smells up the whole house. Not all of the family likes it. Tomorrow...New Years Day...is the day to eat this stuff. The whole family will be here. We are hoping it works better in 2008 than it did in 2007. You know...eating sauerkraut on New Years day will bring you good luck? That's what they say!

We will find out, won't we?

We had a great family Christmas...everybody was here...we had a wonderful time. My cousin "Babe" was here and we played, alot! ...because he wanted too.

We are also remembering all the kitties who went to the Rainbow Bridge. Our own Ernie passed over the bridge in August. He is still very missed. This year we have an empty spot in our hearts and also under the Christmas tree where Ernie always loved to lay. Ernie still makes his presence known to us, with just one single black hair to remind us of him.

Snow dayzzzzzzzzzzzz

"Babe"

We had several inches of snow since Saturday. My cousin "Babe" and great-grandma have been here since before it staarted. We didn't want them to be alone during the storm. He is really a stinker boy sometimes. He follows me around wanting to play...all the time! He loves to climb on everything...

He is making me tired...play...play...play...he is such a teenager, he should know that there is more to life than just playing! ...But, I love him anyway!

My friend...

This is my friend, the neighborhood cat.

She lives in the next block.

My Mom worries about her being out side.

It can be very dangerous in the city,

even in the suburbs, for cats to be out.

She is so pretty...

we like to stare at each other for a long time.

Sometimes it's weeks before she returns to stare at me.

I haven't seen her for sometime, I hope she is O.K.

The tree is up...

Well, it's done. Guess what...it's in the same place where it started out. I done a pretty good job, even though I say so myself. I can't wait to see the presents under the tree. I'm sure some will be mine. I've been a good girl, Santa!

I told you...no more pictures...I finished the tree, now I want some rest. Jingle bells, jingle bells and silent night and all that. No more fussing.
